Citigroup Finance Officer II - C14 - NEW YORK in New York, New York

The Expense Management team drives firm-wide forums and initiatives and provides data, tools and transparency to enhance the management of expense and related resources. The implementation of expense efforts and the responsibility of expense related decisions ultimately resides with the business and function teams, which are supported by their respective CFOs and the Expense Management team.

The Expense Management team adds value to the Citi’s expense management objectives by identifying and monitoring expense initiatives. Additionally, the team administrates governance and guidelines for expense related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Improve and communicate of governance & guidelines

  • Identify gaps in controls and documentation

  • Monitor in-business investment councils and expense forums

  • Partner with CFOs and Businesses for quarterly reviews of Board approved business led investments

  • Partner with CFOs to share best practices and insights sourced from expense management review of initiatives across the firm

  • Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings

  • Identify, document and standardize expense management forums and processes across Citi

  • Enhance and standardize governance frameworks of processes and platforms

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
