ManpowerGroup Financial Investigations Analyst in New York, New York

Our client is seeking an FIU Analyst to join their team.

Job Title: Financial Investigations Analyst

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $50-$55/hr on Experis' W2

Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Contract: 6 months - all applicants must be able to work on Experis' W2 directly; we are unable to work with 3rd party suppliers on this role

What’s the Job?

As a Financial Investigations Analyst at, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization against financial crimes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct in-depth investigations into suspicious financial activities, identify potential risks, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to mitigate and prevent financial fraud.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in financial investigations, fraud detection, or a related field within the financial industry.

  • Strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and other relevant compliance standards.

  • Proficiency in using investigative tools, financial software, and data analysis techniques.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).

  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, SAS, or similar.
