Description We are looking for a skilled HR Generalist V to join our team in Hanover, Maryland. The primary function of this role will be to design and administer human resources policies and procedures that cover multiple functional areas. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR policies and procedures across various functional areas

• Collect and analyze HR data to inform decision-making processes

• Make recommendations to management based on analyzed HR data

• Oversee and establish procedures for paperwork completion within the functional area

• Prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation benefits or company policies

• Utilize extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

• Perform a variety of tasks related to HR administration and planning

• Direct the work of others when necessary

• Foster a creative and innovative work environment

• Manage worker's compensation and QA management processes. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proficiency in Planning and executing HR procedures and practices

• Understanding of Benefit Functions and Worker's Compensation

• Ability to handle HR-related paperwork effectively

• Knowledge of Company Policy and ability to align HR practices accordingly

• Ability to manage QA Management effectively

• Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and decision-making

• Experience in maintaining HR practices in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
