Beacon Hill Staffing Group Human Resources Manager in New York, New York
Our client, a prestigious museum, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join their team in NYC. Reporting to the Director of HR, responsibilites include administering the benefits and leave programs, conducting recruitment efforts and employee data maintenance, as well as payroll processing. In addition, the manager will support performance management processes, and handle compliance related matters. - Bachelor's Degree, required
- 5-7+ years of experience in HR
- Experience with benefits administration
- Experience transitioning between HRIS systems
The salary range for this position is between $75k-94k on a base.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
