Bryah LLC Interior Design Sales Specialist (Four Positions) in New York, New York
Perform kitchen, closet, and bath design assignments for residential projects. Meet with client to discuss objectives and requirements of spaces, research and select architectural finishes and products for projects. Plan, conceptualize and design project by considering the floor plan information and the clients' desire, using product modularity and knowledge of space planning, layout and utilization. Work to match all the variables with client's budget; analyze and find solutions. Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination. Develop 3 Dimension images with CAD software to develop the projects for each client and translate images to a presentation format for clients, prepare design plans for compliance with company standards and make appropriate corrections to ensure and verify that the project plans are correct and in accordance with company's rules in terms of offering an appropriate project that respects ergonomics and architectural standards. Review project with Architect/Commercial Manager. Make revisions and develop the 3D CAD images on CAD software. Prepare the proposal and present to client. Revise proposal as required and send the designs to engineering to determine that the kitchen, closet, or bath project can be manufactured as designed. Upon acceptance of proposal by client, elaborate the Final Project through review and completion of technical requirements for every detail of the project. Prepare schematic and design development drawings using CAD software. Review technical requirements checklist with Architect/Commercial Manager. Salary is plus commission.
