Summary

Neuberger Berman’s Employee Platform team focuses on delivering a holistic, inclusive employee experience and fostering the firm’s culture, through Internal/Executive Communications, Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Engagement.

The team is looking for an Internal Communications Project Analyst to assist the Head of Employee Platform on key communication- and employee-related programs and initiatives. This role requires a combination of strong organizational, data management (i.e., excel) and writing skills that will be leveraged to help ensure the timely execution of a broad array of projects. The position presents a unique opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams globally, as well as members of the firm’s Senior Leadership team and Operating Committee.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a project manager on internal communications campaigns, including organizing, planning, and executing campaign strategy and components.

  • Help lead the preparation of awards submissions, including writing narratives, gathering supporting data/documents, and ensuring adherence to all guidelines.

  • Partner closely with the Internal Communications team and Global Technology to manage and best leverage our Internal Communications resources including the corporate intranet, video portal and digital signage.

  • Help implement tracking and measurement tools to better understand the impact of the team’s communications initiatives and employee events. Collect, analyze, and interpret the data to assess reach, engagement, and effectiveness.

  • Facilitate our internal “pulse survey” program, managing survey administration and reporting, as well as coordinate efforts between the Employee Platform team and Human Capital Management on industry benchmarking surveys.

  • Serve as a program manager on the firm’s Employee Investment Solutions program, including developing and executing communications plans, measuring engagement and planning events.

  • Partner with the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, providing comms administrative support and project management support.

  • Work with the Senior Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Leader, as well as the Head of Employee Platform to provide comms administrative support and manage the process of reviewing various diversity-related signatories.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of relevant experience (recent college graduates welcome).

  • Approximately five years of relevant communications or project management experience.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; ability to manage different working styles to effectively influence partners.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (e.g., the ability to manage data in spreadsheets and create dynamic presentations).

  • Executive presence, professional client service manner, ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of management and adapt to business needs.

  • Team player with high degree of flexibility, who can also work independently.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic credentials.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New York City. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
