POSITION: IT Manager, New York, NY (plus sites throughout the US) DUTIES: Initiate and supervise IT projects for development and implementation of software products for the benefits insurance market in cloud­based environment. Plan project stages, manage execution and assess business implications. Lead and guide work of technical staff. Identify and resolve problems. Assure adherence to quality standards. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects. Monitor and assess progress and assure deadlines. REQUIRES: MS in Comp Sci, CIS or Engineering (any field) +2 years' experience as software developer, systems analyst, or related. Will accept a bachelor's degree +4 years' experience in lieu of MS +2 years exp.
