Overview

Come join the Small Business, Self Employed Group’s (SBSEG) Marketing Alliances Team as a Marketing Manager, driving growth of the QuickBooks ecosystem through high-impact marketing. This role has responsibility for helping run our business by leveraging product and consumer insights to create valuable go-to-market plans with partner platforms (think: marketing through eCommerce sellers, gig economy platforms, financial institutions, etc.)

What you'll bring

  • Experience. 8+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree. MBA preferred.

  • Strong Marketing Knowhow: Ideal candidate will possess progressively increasing responsibilities in marketing. Demonstrated experience setting marketing strategies and plans for a brand.

  • Strategic and Analytical: Deep experience analyzing and making sense of data to develop business cases. Plans and influences senior leaders, teams, and partner organizations to meet and exceed business goals.

  • Customer-Obsessed: Leads with customer insights, obsessively seeks new insights that result in action, and advocates internally and externally on behalf of our customers.

  • Passionate About Results and Collaborative: Consistent track record of driving significant business results and successful cross-functional partnership across a wide range of stakeholders.

How you will lead

  • Develop Go-To-Market Plans: Drive the strategy and execution – with strong consumer, product and competitive landscape insights – to create impactful marketing vehicles. You’ll have the ability to be resourceful and identify creative solutions to execute on identified plans.

  • Thought Leadership: Leverage sophisticated leadership skills and insights from customers and partners to influence 1) internal stakeholders and 2) gain share of voice within a partner’s platforms.

  • Marketing Leadership: Possess in-depth business, customer, and marketing channel knowledge, as well as savvy strategic and tactical marketing skills to drive aggressive growth with partners.

  • Strategic Influence: Demonstrate leadership skills that drive results across Intuit and external organizations. This means having a strategic mindset with the capability to engage in deep business- and marketing-related discussions with senior management (internally and externally).

  • Proactively Seizes Opportunities: Acitvely develops and executes solutions to address end-to-end customer issues and spearheads opportunities for growth rooted in customer insight.

  • Builds Organizational Collaboration: Serve as an active leader / teacher / community-builder across stakeholders, including the broader marketing functions, and SBSEG cross-functional teams.
