US HQ is located in Chicago and NYC. In US they have about 800 end users, ServiceDesk 11 people L1-2 and 18 Desktop Support specialists. The organization is going to grow significantly over the next 3 years, so this could be a great opportunity to be a part of their expansion.

The company has BYOD policy along with "company issued device" CID. Their mobility tech was recently promoted to a different team, so they are looking for a resource who will be onsite in NYC, providing support to all MDM related issue and partner with national US ServiceDesk team to be an escalation point for all mobile tickets. This will be a combination of remote and hands-on tickets.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience providing IT Support to mobile devices (IOS and Android)

• ServiceNow (or compatible ticketing tool)

• Strong Interpersonal Skills

• Experience with MDM troubleshooting tools
