Genesis Corp dba Genesis10 Operations Coordinator in New York, New York
Our client, the world's leading search engine and technology company, is seeking a Operations Coordinator. This is a 6 month + contract and hybrid remote position located in New York, NY.
Summary:
- Support operational efficiency and cultural initiatives for a GDM region (North America).
- This involves cross-functional collaboration with GDM Operations, Workplace, Events, Onboarding, and any other relevant stakeholders for seamless coordination within the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day projects and administrative tasks required to operate our international offices effectively.
- Supporting Operations Managers to organize local cultural initiatives.
- Supporting local events including the organization, planning, communication and research.
- Responding to ad-hoc requests from the local teams.
- Covering ongoing tasks when Operations Managers are OOO.
- Supporting the Operations Managers with overall onsite experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in any of the following: Project Management, Facilities Management, Events or Hospitality.
- Ability to execute defined problems with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong written/oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workplace.
- Experience with working across multiple offices and countries.
- Fluency in English.
- Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience working with client or at a large multinational organization.
- Cross-functional work experience coordinating work across different domains and/or departments.
Pay rate range: $29.21 - $35.61 hourly
