Job Summary

As a product manager for Freewheel’s audience products, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of features that our customers will use to run their audience targeting efforts across both the buy and sell side. In addition to gathering requirements, designing features, and maintaining accurate roadmaps, this role is responsible for aligning cross-dependencies with adjacent product organizations and works closely with product marketing, finance, legal, sales, and services teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of features for Freewheel’s audience products. This job is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance management of staff.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Internalizes and represents the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Performs competitive analysis and conducts market research in partnership with product marketing

  • Serves as a subject matter expert in the audience space, working with customers, vendors (DMPs, CDPs, Data Marketplaces), and internal teams to enhance product capabilities

  • Participates in the strategic planning for enhancements to audience products and own/ maintain a product roadmap that clearly articulates where our products are heading

  • Concisely communicate and/ or present trends, opportunities, and risks for audience product features/benefits.

  • Conducts feasibility assessments, capability gap analysis (i.e., what is wanted vs. what is attainable) and is able to prioritize implementation with a bias toward revenue

  • Synthesizes all aspects of product features/ capabilities for successful release, coordinating across several internal teams including design, engineering, sales, marketing, services, legal, etc.

Bachelor's Degree
