Job Overview:
UNTUCKit is seeking an entry level Production Coordinator to join the PD & Production team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with all aspects of product development & production. Learning the end to end process and growing with the company.
Essentials Functions:
Generate & maintain Purchase Orders (PO) to vendors.
Partner with manager to gain understanding of garment construction and costing
Build collaborative relationship with cross-functional team members, mentors, peers, and sourcing channels
Work with Merchant team and reconcile units, size breaks, and style information are aligned.
Monitor WIP deliveries and factory to ensure the timely delivery of product
Ensure all timelines are met – from sample development through production to shipping, adhering to tactical calendar and production Standard of Process (S.O.P.)
Maintaining accuracy of all Production tools
Actively participating in weekly production update meetings with cross-functional team members
Work with manager to gain understanding of costing inputs in order to achieve department financial targets
Gather and review all documents for agent/vendor/factory set up in BeProduct
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
1-2 years experience in fashion production
Computer proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Trim experience is a plus
Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Excellent in problem-solving
Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results
Desire to continuously improve and have a positive “can do” approach

Salary Rate $55,000 plus overtime eligible
