How you'll make an impact:

Sirius XM + Pandora is looking for a Programmatic Operations Manager who exemplifies the principles of self-motivation, passion, collaboration, experience, and perspective. As a key member of our Programmatic Operations team, this individual will focus on driving efficiencies in operational workflow, partnering with technical account management and yield analysis teams in support of Pandora's Programmatic Sales and Monetization strategies. A balance of strong Programmatic execution, an ability to establish and optimize internal processes and building strong relationships with partners in the Sirius XM + Pandora organizations will be key to the candidate's success. This individual will work closely with cross-functional internal teams such as Sales, Business Operations, Ad Tech Ops, Product Operations and Client Services as well as external teams at Pandora's key strategic partners within the Programmatic ecosystem. This individual will be a key leader in support of Pandora's Programmatic strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Support Sales and Client Services for escalated support on all programmatic deal types
  • Acting as a consultant to cross-functional teams to evangelize and educate internal stakeholders on the nuances of the programmatic workflow both at Sirius XM + Pandora, as well as across the industry
  • Offer strategic and tactical recommendations to Sales & Client Services counterparts, based on detailed programmatic knowledge set regarding platform and product details specific to the Sirius XM + Pandora environments
  • Build, maintain and manage tactical relationships with Trading Desks, DSPs and SSPs alongside our partner management teams
  • Drive excellence in the use of Salesforce and Jira and ensuring quality in the opportunity management and deal flow processes
  • Track and analyze recurring deal issues and communicate trends to key stakeholders
  • Help maintain Programmatic source of truth documentation and matrices communicate trends etc
  • Work with go-to-market and partner management teams on newly iterated programmatic product certification and betas across industry partners

What you'll need:

  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in digital advertising, with at least 1 year experience specific to programmatic
  • Demonstrable ability to support complex business operations and drive efficiencies through process improvements and automation
  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, promote enthusiasm, motivate strategic thinking, and ensure insightful problem solving
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills; polished and professional demeanor
  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Ability to communicate with C-level and senior management teams as needed
  • Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $72,000 to $95,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
