Project Managers are in charge of assessing compliance and risk program holistically. 5 works streams will be involved. This is very early in the creation of the program but they need to start hiring. Some discovery still needs to happen but they preliminarily identified 5 workstreams. We will need 2-3 Project Managers for each work stream to get things started. Really helpful if they have compliance related experience. Experience with RCSA's Risk and Control Self-Assessments, putting together check and balances.

Works Streams are as Follows:

1) Program Effectiveness and Risk Assessment

2) Compliance Oversight Monitoring and Testing

3) Technology Compliance and Issue Management

4) Integrated Change Management and Training

5) Enterprise and Business Enablement.
