Description We are offering an opportunity for a Property Administrator role in the bustling city of New York. The successful candidate will be working in the real estate industry, handling various tasks related to property management and lease administration. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Review and process lease applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate and facilitate lease administration duties.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, to manage and organize necessary documentation.

• Draw on your experience with accounting software systems and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to streamline accounting functions.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all property-related transactions.

• Manage and resolve all property-related inquiries, ensuring all correspondence is handled professionally and promptly.

• Utilize Microsoft Outlook for effective communication and scheduling.

• Apply your knowledge of insurance to ensure all properties are adequately covered.

• Leverage your prior real estate office administration experience to improve processes and boost efficiency.

• Maintain regular office hours for effective property management. Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for this role.

• Familiarity with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne will be required.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are needed for managing and analyzing financial data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites will be beneficial for document management and correspondence.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook is required for managing professional email communication.

• Understanding of Accounting Functions is essential for managing financial transactions.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary for managing financial obligations.

• Ability to handle Correspondence professionally is crucial for maintaining effective communication.

• Strong skills in Documentation are needed for maintaining accurate records.

• Familiarity with Insurance policies and procedures will be beneficial for managing risk.
