Description We are in search of a Receptionist for our team based in NEW YORK, New York. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. This short-term contract position is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line phone system promptly and professionally, directing calls as necessary.

• Organizing messenger pick-ups of documents and other items as required.

• Greeting guests warmly and ensuring they are comfortable and well-informed.

• Efficiently filing and organizing documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.

• Handling copying tasks while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform various administrative tasks.

• Responding to email correspondence in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Demonstrating strong data entry skills to maintain accurate customer and business records.

• Using interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members, clients, and visitors.

• Scheduling appointments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all parties are informed of the date, time, and location. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone systems.

• Demonstrable customer service skills.

• Experience in data entry.

• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

• Experience in organizing and maintaining files.

• Ability to schedule appointments effectively.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in a receptionist role is preferred but not required.
