Job Description

• You will be managing 4-6 of our largest enterprise merchant clients
• You will support the merchant's payment strategy by driving collaborative discussions and providing solutions to help grow their business
• You will be responsible for maintaining and growing the business through contract re-negotiations and cross selling of products.
• You will have an annual cross sale goal as well as maintaining the current book of business of your portfolio
• Some travel (25%)

• Payment processing background
• Ability to build strong long-lasting business relationships with external and internal partners
• Strategic thinker with strong collaboration skills
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to respond quicky to client inquiries and requests
• Team player

• Prior experience, with a merchant, card network and/or payment processor
• Payment processing experience
• Financial and technical background
