Bloomberg LP Scrum Leader - FIPR Agile Team in New York, New York
Position Duties: Lead multiple scrum teams by providing business and technical resources across multiple business functions. Deliver strategic projects and initiatives by applying the scrum framework to ensure successful deployments. Implement actionable plans to support strategic product roadmaps. Monitor metrics and implement plans to fix potential gaps, collaborating with Product Managers and multiple cross-functional agile teams. Enforce a user-centric mindset in the Scrum teams. Demonstrate strong leadership and engagement across business and technology teams. Lead scrum events to ensure milestones and deliverables are met and dependencies are delivered. Coach team members to consistently follow an agile scrum mindset to meet product roadmap initiatives. Develop incremental delivery plans with success criteria and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables by applying an iterative execution approach. Act as a facilitator, coach, and escalation point for project teams, anticipating risks, developing mitigation plans, and resolving open issues. Possess the ability to work in an ambiguous fast-paced, dynamic environment requiring good judgment, flexibility, and a hands-on delivery approach. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams, demonstrating excellent attention to detail, leveraging a data-driven approach to monitor progress, and driving impediments to closure. Job Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Economics, Business Management, or related and Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a Project Manager, Agile Scrum Project Manager, Agile Scrum Leader or related. Must have two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Agile Scrum Program Management; Project management for large-scale ERP implementation; Managing software or business processes for operations, systems, projects, tools, or policies; Relational databases such as SAP or Oracle; Engineering workflow; and Stakeholder or client management.Rate of pay: $149,500 - 205,000 / year
