Our client, a renowned nationwide law firm, is seeking a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, to join their team in either Westchester or NYC. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of seven, leading strategic talent acquisition planning and implementation, as well as being the expert on recruiting trends and best practices to find top talent. - Bachelor's Degree, required, Master's or JD preferred
- 15-20+ years of HR/Recruitment experience
- Management experience, required
- Strong relationship building skills
The salary range for this position is between $200k-250k.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
