Insight Global Senior Manager/Director - Enterprise Risk Management Audit in New York, New York

Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive audit plan focused on the evaluation of the organization's ERM program.

Lead a team of auditors in conducting risk assessments to identify and evaluate key enterprise risks.

Assess the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over risk management processes.

Evaluate the organization's risk appetite and tolerance levels.

Analyze the effectiveness of risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and monitoring activities.

Identify and recommend improvements to the organization's ERM framework.

Prepare clear, concise, and well-documented audit reports with actionable recommendations for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Oversee the implementation of corrective action plans to address identified ERM weaknesses.

Stay current on evolving ERM best practices and industry standards.

Mentor and develop internal audit staff with a focus on ERM expertise.

Represent the Internal Audit department on cross-functional committees focused on risk management.

Skills and Requirements

Master's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field (preferred).

Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation and Certified in Risk Management (CRM) designation highly preferred.

Minimum 10 years of experience in internal auditing, with a strong focus on ERM.

Proven experience in leading and managing internal audit teams.

Demonstrated expertise in ERM frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools. null
