POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Finance Sr Financial Analyst – Global CK:

  • Will support the Marketing Finance Controller and will act as a financial advisor and business partner to the business stakeholders by providing insights to drive fact-based, optimal decision-making, and input in the development of the business strategies and operations of the global CK business.

  • Operationalize work in relation to the global marketing teams to coordinate and streamline financial processes and procedures.

  • Support ad hoc projects as needed.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

Overall Strategic & Tactical & Operational Planning & Tracking:

  • Periodic planning : prepare the periodic financial closing, forecasting and management of the global marketing costs.

  • Business partnering: provide input for cost control meetings based on actuals/estimate/budget with the department leaders in the global marketing organization.

  • Financial insights : creating transparency on cost drivers and key performance indicators with respect to marketing investments.

  • Tracking: monitor expenses, challenge the status quo and work closely with the Marketing Finance Controller.

  • Risk mitigation : manage business risk to protect the division’s assets.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

  • Licensing marketing: liaison between the licensing team and marketing, preparing marketing expenditure overview and estimates for licensing marketing.

  • Process: improve current licensing billing process in collaboration with CK Licensing team.

  • Financial reporting: responsible for month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial closings for respective costs in global marketing overhead; opex and capex planning and control.

  • Reporting : support in providing regular reporting and communication for the global marketing leadership team and senior management group (including actual results, estimates and budget variances).

  • Invoices: review, approve and track invoices related to the global marketing (overhead) costs.

  • Compliance: implement and monitor adherence to policies and ensure the integrity of policies, procedures and financial statements to ensure accurate and timely recording and reporting of operating results.

  • Automation: drive automation and efficiency in financial marketing processes through dashboards and automated reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

5 years of financial management and accounting experience.

Global financial experience recommended.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance or Accounting required.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical skills, managing large data quantities from multiple sources.

  • Strong relationship building skills at all levels and flexibility to adapt.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a structured way.

  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft package software programs.

  • Knowledge of SAP financial packages (general ledger).

  • Knowledge of Essbase software (financial reporting).

Pay Range:

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
