Job Description:Job Title US CSDL Credit StructurerCorporate Title Director Location New York, NYOverviewUS CSDL Credit Structuring works alongside Credit Solutions and Direct Lending team to originate and execute transactions for this business that tend to be of a complex and structured nature. The CSDL Credit Structuring team is looking to hire a Senior Credit Structurer to lead complex financing transactions across our financing product offering. The successful professional will complement existing corporate lending expertise within the teams and work through non vanilla opportunities and transactions across the space. They will be expected to be able to lead a deal team through the full life cycle of a transaction and be able to understand and negotiate documents and structures for non-vanilla transactions. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications.
