Job Description

The Vice President of multicultural Investment and innovation will help maintain our leadership position in the market place and increase collaboration across Publicis products to ensure there is a diverse lens applied.

PMX’s Video Center of Excellence (COE) focuses on excellence in diverse audience and marketplace knowledge from planning to execution, and provides consultative expertise to our agency teams and clients. This role will focus across media platforms to ensure consistent and best in class go to market strategies to reach diverse consumers throughout the ecosystem.

Areas of Focus:

  • Investment, Partnerships and Products:

  • Unique opportunities with partners

  • Support in negotiations for upfronts and partnership

  • Manage internal collaboration for product development

  • Approach with digital targeting with privacy

  • Awareness and Education:

  • Content series and newsletter

  • Agency investment tracker

  • Supply and ratings

  • Pulse on the marketplace and trends

  • Suitability for programmatic

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain marketplace relationships

  • Collaborate across the agency to help product development

  • Drive education across the agency

  • Manage marketplace education materials

  • Support across practices for marketplace understanding and cohesive go-to-market strategies

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of agency or sales experience in TV, digital and programmatic strategy, planning and investment

  • Experience of diverse marketplace

  • Fundamental understanding of agency engagement models and processes a must

  • Demonstrated ability in growing and managing teams; strong leadership and organizational management must be complemented by relationship building management style

  • Excellent interpersonal, skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and strategies

  • Work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team; on a team that is fast paced, rapidly changes and deals with ambiguity across cross functional teams

  • Highly developed negotiation skills and the ability to drive for marginal gains in an ultra-competitive environment

Compensation Range: $153,000 - $240,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
