DB USA Core Corporation seeks a Vice President in New York, NY to build Anti-money Laundering (AML) transaction monitoring software and partner with key stakeholders (Financial Crime Investigations, AFC Data, Global Technology & Operations, and Business Line Product Managers). Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience interpreting software data quality issues, identifying remediation and tracking to resolution; developing and driving initiatives to transform and modernize monitoring capabilities and services; automating transaction monitoring Oracle Mantas, NICE Actimize, and FIS Prime used for Financial Crimes detection and Compliance management; ensuring the implementation of the AFC controls as mandated by the US regulatory functions; supporting end-to-end implementation of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) automated transaction monitoring systems and processes; ensuring data is compliant for transaction monitoring systems to detect potential suspicious money laundering behaviors; performing user acceptance testing and validating and ensuring the workflow of AML applications; documenting requirements for AML monitoring systems including Oracle, Mantas, Actimize, and FIS Prime; and performing system and data analysis to identify quality issues using SQL, Big data Hadoop, Python, Tableau, and data analytics.
