Job Purpose:
The Vice President, Ad Sales Finance, Digital and Streaming will have responsibility for financial reporting, revenue metrics, revenue forecasting, and analysis for Digital Ad Sales on Sports, Entertainment, and/or other sites as assigned. The VP is also responsible for financial analytics and reporting across the broader NBCUniversal Ad Sales Digital portfolio to provide holistic reporting, insights, and analysis. The role reports to the SVP of Ad Sales Finance, Digital and Streaming.
Duties and Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for reporting and analysis related to Digital Ad Sales revenue for Sports, Entertainment, and/or other sites as assigned:
Aggregation and analysis of Ad Sales revenue and trends
Oversee weekly reporting and analysis, and communication of financial trends
Create Budget and forecasts for financial estimate cycles
Lead the monthly Close and Reporting cycle
Responsible for financial analytics and reporting across the broader NBCUniversal Ad Sales Digital portfolio:
Responsible for pulling together a consolidated total digital view for weekly reporting, Close, budget, forecasts, and ad hoc analysis
Lead and define analytical and strategic portfolio-wide initiatives related to digital monetization
Development of portfolio-wide metrics and dashboards
Support development of ad sales product and pricing strategies
Create effective presentations to synthesize financial trends and results, and to enable business decision-making
Manage, develop and motivate a Digital Ad Sales Finance team
Effectively work with cross-functional teams on recurring work and ad hoc projects
Initiate process changes and system and reporting enhancements to meet the needs of an evolving Digital business
Serve as business partner to both Sales Leadership and Divisional Finance Leadership for strategic analysis of sales and digital content initiatives, monetization strategies, and marketplace strategy and analysis
Required Qualifications:
BA/BS 4-year degree in business, accounting or finance
8+ years of finance or accounting experience
Desired Characteristics
Prior experience in a finance role supporting an ad sales function within a media, entertainment, or digital content company highly desired
Demonstrated analytical strength and process mindset; ability to identify and resolve key issues quickly
Experience with SAP
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with accuracy
Ability to build financial models and presentations for senior leadership
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated leadership skills, especially ability to influence and lead change in cross-functional teams
High energy and ability to multi-task

Salary Range: $180,000-$240,000, Bonus eligible, LTI eligible
