The Corporate Development & Ventures team’s mandate is to make smart, strategic investments that create long-term enterprise value for LiveRamp through effective capital deployment. We are deal-makers, storytellers and conductors. As part of our team, you will help us drive acquisitions, partnerships, investments and corporate strategy for LiveRamp. You will:

  • Tell powerful stories – building super crisp and clear analyses of businesses, industry landscapes, market trends, and competitor moves.

  • Rock financial models – creating sophisticated excel models to help us make the correct decisions.

  • Be a team player – work with sales, product, engineering, legal, HR, and finance teams on all the critical things that are required to get a deal done.

  • Ask the next question – as that’s where you figure out what makes the culture tick, the product work, the clients buy (or stay churn) and the business succeed or fail.

  • Drive the trains – making sure that we move swiftly, accurately, and well-choreographed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help us constantly focus and deliver on our corporate strategy and our long-term strategic initiatives.

  • Support our M&A activities including conducting due diligence, and assembling business cases, coordinating across departments.

  • Manage new and existing VC investments, supporting portfolio companies and driving partnership value creation.

  • Develop business plans for internal initiatives including scenario planning, strategic benefits, P&L analysis, timelines, and business risks.

  • Evaluate emerging growth opportunities in our adjacencies.

  • Drive deals from inception to close, performing market analysis, supporting negotiations, and coordinating across all departments

  • Support integration plan to ensure that strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions are assimilated.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a record of academic success.

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate development.

  • Interest in the data collaboration and advertising technology ecosystems, emerging trends, key players, and market dynamics.

  • Strong financial modeling, valuations, market research, and presentation development skills.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and peer management skills.

  • Intellectual curiosity, desire to learn, and passion for building a best-of-class product.

For SF and NY postings:

The approximate annual base compensation range is $110,000 to $175,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
