Job description:

• Capgemini is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required

• Understanding and hands-on experience with USCDI standards and US Core IG with practical applications.

• Stay current with emerging FHIR standards regulations and healthcare trends to guide innovation and continuous improvement efforts.

• Experience analyzing and document FHIR-based healthcare requirements

• Manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from the Business Analyst Level 3 and above and relationship managers.

Required skills :

• 6- 9 years of hands-on experience as Business analyst in Health care domain

• Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD User Stories etc.

• Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies Self-starter with strong communication presentation relationship building and strategic analytical skills

• Strong time management goal setting and task prioritization abilities
