Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery. Identify and evaluate suppliers, conducting risk assessments and performance analysis.

• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to drive cost efficiency and supply assurance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing with business needs.

• Manage and monitor supplier performance metrics and initiate improvements as needed.

• Stay current on market trends, supply chain risks, and potential alternative sourcing options.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and ethical sourcing standards.

Requirements/Must Haves:

• High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years minimum in Technology Procurement with large scale vendors

• Intermediate Excel skills & Excel analysis

• Able to create polished PP presentations using storytelling and comfortable presenting to C-Suite

• Comfortable communicating & influencing from factory floor through C-Suite

• Must have experience with Ariba, preferred experience with Sievo and/or Hicx

• Able to work a hybrid of remote work and be onsite minimum 1 day a week, possibly more
