What you will do
We are looking for an astute, determined professional like you to fulfill a critical position within our Fund Administration Team focusing on ETF Accounting and Operations. You will showcase your success through collaboration, ownership and innovation. Your expertise in emerging trends and practices will evoke stimulating discussions around optimization and change to help keep our competitive edge. What you can expect
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the PGIM ETFs working closely with the ETF Capital Market and Portfolio Management Teams on resolving inquiries on NAVs, basket generation, creation/redemption orders, dividend distributions and yields
Assisting with developing new ETF products and partnering within the organization on new ETF product launches and initiatives
Assisting with oversight of the ETFs Fund Administrator on fund accounting and custody operations
Responsible for oversight of certain ETF financial and regulatory reporting
SEC filings and assisting with annual ETF audits
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA preferred
3-5 years of ETF and mutual funds experience required with a strong background in the ETF landscape and operations
Strong knowledge of equity, fixed income and derivative instruments
Solid understanding of the Investment Company ACT of 1940, US GAAP accounting and SEC reporting requirements
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze opportunities/issues and to recommend business solutions
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $90,000 to $110,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
