job summary:

Permanent Position: Seeking a Robotic Engineering Technician for a parts manufacturer in Newnan, GA. This position will work closely with the engineering team to optimize end-of-arm tooling and fixtures. Will configure, test, install, and maintain robots in production. This position aims to increase efficiency and cycle times by continuously improving ABB Fanuc, Universal Robots (UR), and other robotic arms with AI cameras and vision systems.

Must-Have:

  • Hands-on experience installing new Robotics programs

  • Replacing and troubleshooting robots

location: Newnan, Georgia

salary: $70,000 - 85,000 per year

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Associates

responsibilities:

  • Installs, programs, maintains and troubleshoots end-of-arm robots in a production environment

  • Continuous improvement and testing of robots, collaborating closely with engineers.

  • Day shift - typically 10-hour days 4 or 5 days per week onsite in Newnan, GA
