THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Coordinator, Culinary, you will help manage the test kitchen, projects, and product evaluations for the Chipotle Culinary Team. This includes collaborating internally and communicating amongst the CCC teams utilizing the kitchen and shared spaces. You will assist with all culinary projects impacting the Core, LTO, and International culinary efforts and will support Consumer Sensory Testing.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support Core Menu project efforts by organizing tastings, working closely with the Chipotle Chefs in development and project organization.

Support Innovation by arranging vendor sessions products, organizing product cuttings, including scheduling support team, spaces, and applications.

Support International Projects by coordinating cuttings and efforts related to the menu proposals for the different business regions

Partners with internal culinary, cross functional, and some supplier teams to support the test kitchen and projects.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Hospitality, Product Development preferred

• 1-3 years' experience in the Food and Beverage Industry

• Servsafe Manager

• Knowledge of Microsoft office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Working in restaurants, cross functional collaboration, Travel 5%

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $21.15 to $26.92. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
