Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

This position is responsible for defining continuous improvements projects aligned with program and business strategies, analyzing improvements and potential results, facilitating and coaching improvement teams, establishing and maintaining performance metrics, and providing overall project management. Serve as the liaison between the VCS Program Office and the VCS Value Stream to ensure successful integration of Continuous Improvement projects and cost and schedule reduction initiatives.
This candidate must possess strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to develop presentation materials for all levels of leadership. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience is required.
