Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a government organization on the Oregon Coast in Newport. The ideal candidate will contribute to the overall success of the organization by effectively supporting accounting team. Responsibilities include accounts payable, maintenance of vendor contracts, data entry, and general administrative support. This role is not remote and is 100% in-office M-F, 40 hours per week with a flexible work schedule. They provide exceptional benefits, including 11% employer contribution to retirement.

Requirements

• Accounting support experience

• AP support experience a plus

• Effective administrative skills

• Basic Excel skills

• Attention to detail, catches on quickly

• Positive attitude, ability to take initiative, and driven to learn
