They will be driving the initiative for safety of the site overall and become an integral part of machine maintenance and preventative action.RequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in continuous flow manufacturing Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing maintenance or related field 2 to 4 years supervisory experience is required Project Management Strong electrical proficiency Use of ISO/IATF Quality System 1 Year of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a manufacturing environment. Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, as well as experience with maintenance, and industrial manufacturing. Proven leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of maintenance technicians. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose complex issues with equipment and systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and best practices, and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety in the workplace. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred but not required Sitting required 80% of the time, Standing/Walking required 20% of the time. Occasional squatting, kneeling, reaching and crouching may occur. Must be able to lift up to forty pounds.
