Role Responsibilities:
- Communicates with contacts typically within the team on matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring some explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement
- Maintain files for all documents created
- Support Supply Chain planning and purchasing team with various paperwork alignment, follow-up & reporting, including Deferred Cost of Goods Sold alignment, Drop Ship & purchase part tracking.
- Provide administrative support for department as needed as well as performs special projects as assigned by manager.
- Ability to communicate and work with individuals outside of plant via virtual meetings.
- High comfort level speaking in front of an audience, including senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a production environment, preferably metal manufacturing.
- High School Diploma
- Mid-level understanding of Excel/other Microsoft applications & computers. I.e. Filters, Pivot Tables, creating Formulas.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized individual capable of reprioritizing work as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working experience in ERP systems, preferably Oracle
- Associates Degree strongly preferred
