We need you to help us stay at the forefront of design and leverage AI and ML to help our users achieve more and love doing it. We need someone who is willing to tackle a variety of problems with precision and tenacity and demonstrate versatility to tackle different types of user experience, interaction, and technical scenarios with good creativity and insight.

• Expressing functional concepts and designs through storyboards, illustrations, and prototypes.

• Deliver end-to-end product solutions, including competitive research, requirements definition, user experience, and delivery of capabilities. 

• Closely collaborating across disciplines like Engineering, Design, Marketing to evaluate and iterate on ideas and designs.

• Ability to ramp up and master relevant technical domain for your areas of ownership.

• Provide thought leadership and project leadership to engineers in your areas, formulate project and design goals, deeply understand user needs, and drive creative and compelling solutions to conclusion.

• Manage dependencies across teams to ensure that features land on time with the required scope across mobile and web. 

• Engage with customers and internal preview users, and triage, prioritize, and address customer feedback for your area. 

• Regularly present new product plans, strategy, demos, competitive reviews, and more to the leadership team. 

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

• 6+ years of ProductManagement experience on an end-user facing product with a design focus or AI-focus.

• Skilled at creating efficient, desirable user experiences and technical designs.

• Great written and verbal communication skills, ability to simplify and articulate complex ideas.

Preffered Qualifications

• Ability to deeply understand user needs, workflows, and attitudes across a diverse customer set.

• Ability to learn and master the technological underpinnings to the new functionality you are designing.

• A desire to learn, grow, and drive change.

• Ability to work independently and ramp-up to new areas quickly

• Excellent communication skills and desire to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment

• A proven track record of successfully implementing software or web development projects using Agile methodologies

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and complex problems
