Culture Transformation Director

Location : This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Culture Transformation Director is responsible for leading large-scale projects and creates new innovative solutions that reach strategic business objectives while ensuring brand guidelines and communication standards are met. Will lead development of videos, graphics and interactive tools that engage associates and leaders around shared values and behaviors that drive our business forward, as well as work with external communications teams and talent acquisition to create external content focused on promoting culture and associate experience. Drives creative conceptualization, media production experience to lead projects from concept to completion.

How you will make an impact:

Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and leading strategic creative programs in support of the desired culture.

  • Builds and deploys culture creative solutions based on business needs.

  • Leads the design and implementation of creative projects.

  • Drives culture engagement for associates and teams.

  • Manages vendor interactions including issue resolution, developing and reviewing statements of work.

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 8 years of experience in related field; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences :

Motivated self-starter who takes initiative and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and high performance in a fast-paced environment; experienced in driving cross-functional projects independently and collaboratively; ability to deal with ambiguity and make positive use of the opportunities it presents; respond positively to complexity and uncertainty strongly preferred. Ability to travel maybe required.
