Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks.
- Create signature drinks and tailor orders to guests' preferences.
- Menu Knowledge:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the beverage menu, ingredients, and offerings.
- Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
- Customer Service:
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.
- Take orders, provide information, and address guest inquiries.
- Order Accuracy:
- Ensure accuracy in taking and entering orders, including special requests and modifications.
- Double-check orders before serving to guests.
- Mixing and Presentation:
- Skillfully mix and craft beverages using proper techniques and garnishes.
- Pay attention to presentation and ensure that drinks are visually appealing.
- Cash Handling:
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain an organized cash drawer and accurately account for sales.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation:
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including equipment, utensils, and glassware.
- Follow sanitation and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages, ingredients, and supplies.
- Assist in restocking inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Upselling and Promotion:

Responsible Service:
