Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Technician in Norristown, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily focused on building and configuring systems to meet customer orders, testing and diagnosing issues, and maintaining records. This role is part of the tech industry and is located in a collaborative and dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities:

• Building and configuring systems according to customer orders.

• Conducting software imaging of systems with operating system and application software.

• Performing card and system testing to ensure optimal performance.

• Reporting any issues, technical or otherwise, in a concise and effective manner.

• Carrying out initial evaluations of product RMAs from customers, including testing, diagnosing, and basic repair.

• Compiling fault reports for returned products and presenting assembly or component repair information to the QA team.

• Implementing Operations procedures as required and continuously striving to improve processes and practices.

• Maintaining accurate records and test setups as required, including keeping an inventory of equipment.

• Liaising with the R& D or support team as necessary.

• Using and understanding electronics tools and test equipment such as a digital voltmeter, oscilloscope.

• Demonstrating computer literacy, including navigating systems, servers, and accessing files.

• Performing electronics assembly, fault finding, and basic repairs, such as soldering and making customized cables.

• Analyzing data, including yield data, and providing feedback to QA and Ops management. Requirements • Proficiency in Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Database systems

• Experience with Dell Technologies

• Knowledge of EO/IR systems

• Proficiency in Linux Technologies

• Experience with AB Testing

• Ability to work with Active Directory

• Familiarity with Apple Devices

• Experience with Backup Technologies
