Job Description
This opportunity is a temporary assignment to help support the accounts payable backlog and would provide an opportunity for a great candidate to be considered for a temp-to-perm role in the future.
Manual entry of Accounts Payable invoices for integration
Data entry, organization, cross-referencing, scanning, copying, and retrieval
Checking incoming invoices, making copies before distribution
Creating and updating records with new files and information
Storing paperwork and invoices alphabetically in designated places, securing important documents
Managing vendor issues, and maintaining updated vendor files.

This is a contract position with a duration of 4-6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in North Bergen, New Jersey.
Work Environment
The role is based in a large, clean, and organized office setting in North Bergen. The Accounts Payable team works in a collaborative and interactive pit-setting environment with other associates and managers, fostering a fun and engaging workplace. The candidate will work closely with a new accounts payable supervisor.
