The Cell Leader will be responsible for overseeing a designated production cell within our manufacturing facility. This role involves leading a team of operators, ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities

• Run daily production meetings for area

• Run weekend overtime

• Identify understaffed or overstaffed conditions

• Assign associates and equipment to meet daily production goals

• Order supplies for the cell

• Audit Team Improvement Board (TIB)

• Understand and speak to Day by Hour (DBH) and TIB

• Complete training and annual reviews

• Provide feedback to leadership team

The essential functions of this role include:
