KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Detailed insights into the day-to-day operations of brand management of our Mass Skin brands ( Neutrogena & Bebe ) and working with agile methodologies

• Creative and analytical tasks to support the brand team such as the development of digital assets, action evaluation based on digital KPIs, tracking of market figures using Nielsen or Insight Health

• Independent execution of projects (also cross-functional)

• Close cooperation with stakeholders from different areas (digital & media team, customer & shopper marketing, medical, legal) to achieve brand goals

• Direct cooperation with and management of external agencies for e.g. the development and implementation of the communication strategy

• Personal support during the entire internship including feedback meetings for your further development

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

• You are in a business degree program, ideally with a marketing focus or in a gap year before starting your master's degree and have 6 to 12 months time

• Experience through first internships in FMCG, OTC, digital marketing or eCommerce is an advantage

• Ability to drive change, manage and implement numerous projects and communicate proactively

• Confident in the use of Excel & PowerPoint

• Analytical thinking skills, affinity for numbers & creativity

• High degree of initiative, independence, assertiveness and flexibility

• Team consciousness and motivation

• Business fluent in German and English
