Become a part of our team now as (Senior) Software Architect (f/m/diverse) in the area of Business Services at evosoft GmbH in Nuremberg.

Your new field of activity - challenging and future-oriented

• Become part of our Business Services department at evosoft. As a pioneer in the field of software and cloud architecture, you will bring together your colleagues from all over evosoft, help other architects with complex problems and be involved in various projects in all business functions of evosoft.

• Within the scope of various projects, you create or optimise software products for our customers using innovative architecture concepts and methods.

• You create the design of software and system architectures based on cloud technologies, among others, and drive their implementation in coordination with team colleagues, customers and users.

• You take technical responsibility for the realisation and further development of complex software solutions and share your best practices with the entire company within the framework of communities and other engagements.

• You conduct code reviews and independently accompany / implement prototypes and MVPs

• You are the contact person for other architects and developers and represent your concepts to colleagues and customers. In doing so, you ensure a steady progress of your project together with your project team.

• You will work within a flexible and agile software development process, applying DevOps methodologies/concepts and ensuring a robust and efficient software design while adhering to security and safety aspects.

Your qualifications - sound and adequate

• You enjoy designing complex tasks and would like to develop professionally.

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education/qualification.

• You have knowledge of software development from various backgrounds (e.g. .NET, Java, Phyton, etc.) and/or in the modelling of data, their structures and properties (database systems, Big Data, etc.).

• You have at least 5 years of experience in the conception and design of complex software architectures (preferably enterprise systems) and / or experience in software lifecycle management (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).

• You are familiar with key architectural styles and approaches and know how to go about designing, evaluating and documenting architectures

• You have a broad interest in technology and inspire both your colleagues and customers with your passion for it, while being motivated to keep learning new technologies

• You are business fluent in English and German
