The Social Impact and Partnership team is looking for its newest member!

Core responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and development of the Social Impact and Partnership operation plan for Hungary

  • Support in mobilizing and equipping colleagues to volunteer, including delivering on PlayDucation-related trainings for staff

  • Support in running partnerships that respond to community issues and enable reach of children with impactful programmes and that engage our colleagues

  • Coordinate community outreach to promote the organization’s image in a positive and community-oriented way (internal events, facility tours, fairs, and other community events)

  • Support in the roll out and development of global initiatives in Hungary

  • Support in identifying and building activities that are contextualized to Eastern Hungary guided by broader business interest

  • Support in managing budgets, ensure data, reports, results and materials are accurately recorded and accessible in the right systems

  • Support in driving engagement and mobilizing interest by crafting exciting communication

  • Co-lead in the organization of PlayDay in coming years

The Social Responsibility aspires to Guide and Drive the LEGO Group’s journey to be a socially transformative business, in order to enhance the lives of children in our communities, empowering them to learn and thrive, through play.

This role is critical in supporting bringing impactful play and learning programmes to underserved communities in Hungary around Nyíregyháza, in connecting employees to the LEGO Idea and our core mission– inspiring and developing the builders of tomorrow.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Preferable BSc or MSc degree in any relevant field

  • Proven experience fromcorporate setting or from NGO with the focus on socialresponsibility (social work, social impact programmes, child development, playful learning )

  • Knowledge of Ms Office

  • Stakeholder and partnership management – including senior leadership

  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Implementing programmes and hands-on approach to delivery of plans

  • Teammate mentality and good communication skills

  • Advanced problem solving skills
