TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Oak Brook, Illinois

Description:

• Processing customer requests, communicating and resolving issues.

• Responsible for order entry and updating accounts.

• Works with other departments to ensure positive customer expereince.

• Reviews data with Transportation team.

• Tracks and communicates any changes or potential service issues to the customer.

• Works with various teams ensure customers needs are met.

• Ensure that all proper policies and practices are followed.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of customer service experience

Logistics experience

Microsoft office

ERP

Time Management
