Job Description

Day-to-Day:

- Prepare outside Journal Entries and enter into general ledger

- Assist accountant in balance sheet reconciliations (including researching and resolving outstanding items)

- Assist with month-end close process

- Communicate with corporate management and office mangers to resolve issues as needed

- Perform a variety of special projects as needed

- Understand and follow established polices and procedures

Skills and Requirements

Must-haves

- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience

- 1 -- 3 years in General Accounting Experience

- Knowledge of PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

- Experience with GL accounting systems Plusses:

- Thomson Reuters Accounting CS null
