Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to service and maintain 12 properties within a 20-minute radius of Roseville/St. Paul. The role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, tenant improvement tasks, and handling various fixtures and light bulbs. The technician will also engage in general tasks, including painting, carpentry, and patch work in construction, as well as MEP tasks in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical as needed.

Work Environment

The work environment includes 28 buildings on 12 property campuses, all commercial spaces such as dental clinics, healthcare clinics, and chiropractic clinics. With 90% tenant capacity, customer service skills are crucial. The property spans approximately 1 million square feet. Working hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation among 5-6 team members.]
