Investor Relations Associate
$115-$130k (stretch DOE) + Great Bonuses and Benefits
San Francisco/Hybrid
Company: Our client is a national leader in Real Estate Investment. They seek to achieve superior risk-adjusted returns by investing in a supply- constrained, high barrier-to-entry markets in the in the United States.
What you’ll do
Support the development, production and ongoing updates of all marketing materials and investor communications that require coordination across the organization
Support operational functions while identifying efficiencies across processes within the IR department
Maintain all records across a diverse array of systems including the CRM, Smartsheet, MS Teams, etc.
Collaborate and assist in project management of all investor event planning, marketing materials and guest lists
Assist in materials and support needed for maintaining existing and new investor relationships
Support the day-to-day operational tasks (e.g., IR group inbox maintenance, list management, reconciliation and data integrity and ad-hoc investor requests)
Prepare and report on certain investor metrics and other research
Requirements
About You
Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or commensurate experience
3+ years’ experience in investment management and/or the real estate industry with investor relations and business development experience
Understanding of broad financial markets and indices; demonstrated passion for real estate, experience with private funds, finance, and accounting skills a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Ability to distill complex topics into a concise, consumable format
Financial modeling skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
Strong project management and process-oriented skills set; demonstrated track record of successfully building and managing processes
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Team player with a commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity
