Work Hours/Shift:

PRN (Days)

You Will Be Responsible For:

Screen/evaluate individuals to determine need for communication/swallowing therapy.

Obtains complete/relevant case history to ensure patient receives appropriate evaluation.

Chooses assessments related to patient complaint and diagnosis.

Formulates and implement appropriate therapy plan to maximize patient outcomes.

Documents patient care timely to meet professional standards and regulatory requirements.

Actively participates in professional development and leadership activities to facilitate individual as well as departmental growth and development.

Consistently maintains departmental expected productivity

Qualifications

What You Will Need:

Masters Degree

Experience in dysphagia evaluation and treatment

State of FL Speech Pathologist license, ASHA CCC, AHA BLS

Job Summary:
