As a Senior Engineer, you will provide overall technical support to the team by serving as project manager, lead engineer or advisor on complex projects, providing high-level technical design, and leading the quality assurance/quality control for the team. You will also prepare and/or review contracts, promote efficiencies in producing quality work, and put together technical resources for the team.

Strong communication skills
Ability to contribute and work well on a team
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry with a focus on site civil work
Must be a registered professional engineer
At least 4 years of experience supervising technical personnel
Desire to build relationships with new and existing clients
Ability to lead complex projects
Interest in mentoring younger staff
